The prayerfulness and humility he conveys in worship are unmistakable and help lead the worshiper into a deep encounter with God. As the co-founder of LIFT Ministries, Jon has led worship for countless retreats, adoration services, healing services, Masses, ‘Real-Life Catholic’ events, Franciscan University of Steubenville Youth Conferences, and many other organizations.

Dave Moore

Though Dave can put on a great show, he’s not a performer.

Dave leads worship from a heart that knows his own need for salvation. He’s not interested in fame or accolades, he’s interested in connecting to Christ in his own music and leading the listener into his prayer. Dave’s worship is free, organic, creative, and powerful, with a depth that moves the hearts of the kids in the back of the room with their arms crossed. Dave is talented, to be sure, but it is his spirit of authentic love that makes him a truly gifted worship leader.

Mikey Needleman Band

Mikey has been leading worship for over 20 years in all capacities. When the band was formed in 2006, The Mikey Needleman Band was immediately leading music for youth camps and church events. MNB has played for crowds all over the country, bringing hope and inspiration to all ages through music and messages. He’s led worship at events for organizations such as Life Teen, CHWC, NCYC, and more.

Jon has a true gift and anointing to lead worship - but people tend to love him before he even picks up the guitar because of his radiant joy and loving spirit. He leads worship at conferences, camps, and retreats around Southern California and throughout the USA.
